Return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.  

• Returning and exchanging good quality merchandise

Required condition - presentation  exchanged or returned goods of good quality must be preserved!

It is possible to return goods of good quality purchased remotely within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving it from the hands courier or post office. The date is confirmed by the sales receipt and/or cash receipt. When purchasing goods directly in the store, the return period is 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

Return and exchange of goods is carried out at the request and at the expense of the client.

Buyers returning goods by mail can confirm the date and amount of the purchase using a photo, scan or a photocopy of the receipt received by mail. The refund will be made by postal order to the address specified in the application.

The buyer who exchanges or returns by Russian post must keep the receipt with the number of the postal item, which is issued by the post office when sending a parcel containing the returned goods. Postal number  must be provided to track the movement of the parcel and receive it on time.

• Return of goods of inadequate quality

Product of inadequate quality, accepted for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase (receipt by mail), at the request of the buyer.
